Interesting idea above… Again – like the image posted earlier today – this likely makes little sense if your media perspective is specifically one of a typical, self-loathing American or British anti-patriot. The lesson he is referring to is that you must lay down to the power of Islam absolutely or get stung for it. There are no compromises allowable under Islam. All non-believers are absolute enemies of God and there can be no peace until there are no more enemies. That’s a mighty big lesson for the entire successful world to swallow at once. One I find simply unacceptable.
I’ve decided to stop using tags on this blog. I may occasionally put a few to ease searching, but I figure that in the modern internet there are plenty of folks writing very nearly the same things I am. I also reckon that most people who are reading blogs already have found the ones they wish to concern themselves with. Therefore there is very little remaining upswing on in the blogosphere to take advantage of and I should relegate myself to maintaining a personal diary of my own thoughts and links of interest and import to me.
Of course, I’ve always been surprised by the ability of people to find new writing, music and other art that is similar to the point of useless and be thoroughly enthralled by it. Is there a human impulse to always want more of the same, but need new versions of that sameness?
